Will bounce back as I will let the probablities play out for me

Looking back at this one, felt a bit forced/FOMO maybe.

It wasnt the cleanest but I saw that HTF was bullish and I also just waited for news to trade.

I was going to take the buys after 9:30 open but price had rallied too quick. Was looking at the retracement back in BRKR area but it forced itself down even further

There was a possible buy at 9:42 but because it was next to 10am news, I hesitated and waited.

Trade 2 - L ❌

Entered on the wrong side of the move. I anticipated a sell-off after price ran into the 15-minute FVG, it formed an inversion. The inversion was not the cleanest due to the amount of down-close candles, so I dropped to the 3-minute for a clearer confirmation.

Higher timeframe bias was still bullish on the 4-hour, and price had also traded into the 4-hour FVG. It took out the LDN low and printed a small SMT on the lower timeframe.

Logged the trade and move onto the next.

@artigennetos True, but if it hasn’t purged massively to affect the RR by much I’m sure it would be ok to enter on next candle after inversion. Just so you don’t miss the move.

No trade from me today but PA looked clean.

Had two setups marked, but I passed on both because I was waiting for price to tag inversion first, which never happened. Going forward, I may tweak my entry to sell on the candle close after inversion—as long as price hasn’t moved too far—and otherwise wait for a retracement or breaker.

I’m getting better at reading PA and building confidence in my trades, so consistency should start to show. As long as my win rate stays decent, I’ll stay profitable. See you all next week. 📈

@Hydra_Thahmid BIAS is fine I’d say. Just knowing when to enter instead of waiting for price to ALWAYS come back to inversion is my issue. Because sometimes it doesn’t even come back and runs. Maybe trying to trade directly after the closure after inversion would be better right?

This one looked clean, but after feeling like I’d missed the 9:30 buy, I forced a sell that still ticked all the boxes on my checklist. Closed it early for a small loss when PA got choppy and I assumed it would tag my SL.

Key takeaways:

Don’t chase price.

Let the trade play out once the plan is in.

Back my confidence when the model is there.
