The most intriguing thing about #lolcoin that isn’t emphasized enough is the enigma that is Mitsubishi Goldstein, the mysterious figure behind Lolcoin.

I’ve spent a good part of the past hour to try and search about Mitsubishi Goldstein all over the Internet and I didn’t find anything. Be it Reddit posts, articles, totally nothing.

Zero.

Fact is, he’s pretty similar to Satoshi Nakamoto with Bitcoin when he dropped the Whitepaper and then disappeared after a few visits to the Bitcoin Forums.

Mitsubishi Goldstein is gone and there is no way for us to find him or find out who he really is.

All we have are his digital footprints.

He introduced #lolcoin and then left into the sunset.

It is now up to us to realize his vision of a #lolcoin generation.

My bet is, Mitsubishi Goldstein is still here and he just don’t know about it yet.

He may just come back and one fine day, we will see the 2011 account tweeting again.
