@Nithin0dha When we square off a sold nifty option only 80% of the amount is released ..why so for a cash settled index option ..Similarly while squaring a bought nifty option amount is released only for the next day ...

@itjegan If i try to square off the sold put options 15500 pe, 10 lots, and sell 10 put options of a closer strike 16000 pe, they are not allowing 10 lots but only 7 lots ..why it is so . is it the same with all brokers

@itjegan Why funds are not settled immediately in case of option trading ( index options) ... after closing several positions ( both bought and sold) i had just 1.8 lacs available it said, now it is 5.8 lacs available ..
