$TGGI Max & I have the same issue. The amount of the split just doesn’t make sense to me, I’ve been trying to make sense of it.

$TGGI I have always stated that the possibility of a reverse split for NASDAQ Uplisting was VERY high...

But, I was thinking 1:50 or so, not 1:1000...😥

Nov 27 = proposed R/S date

Timing is bad, it's too soon for no reason.

They are reducing the A/S by 100x = slight relief

$TGGI my more in-depth thought of why I sold my shares. It mainly because of the 1000:1 split. That high of a split by management makes me believe they didn’t want to bring the PPS organically. They wanted to force nasdaq with what they have currently.

$TGGI I’ve been one of the biggest defenders of TGGI, but with no communication and such a big reverse split ratio. I have sold my shares. Sadly, this is not how you should reward shareholders, I thought they would have first tried to drive their shares price with 8-K first.

It’s from: October 1 to 7, 2022 (seven days in total; Saturday to Friday)

So instead they Adjust working days to: October 8, 2022 (Saturday) and October 9, 2022 (Sunday)

$TGGI The craziest part about TGGI is when I only knew less than half the DD a year ago that I know now, I was excited.

A year later now, twice as much DD has been presented & a lot more accomplishments later. I couldn’t be more excited that there hasn’t been a red flag yet!
