bitcoin:native Update — Bitcoin is heading into tonight’s CPI data already under pressure.
Price is currently around the 61k to 62k region, which is the area bulls need to defend if they want to stop this move opening up further.
The key level I’m watching now is 65k.
If Bitcoin can reclaim 65k with strength, then we could see a relief rally back toward 69k to 72k. That would be the first real sign that buyers are trying to step back in.
But if Bitcoin fails to reclaim 65k and loses the 61k to 62k region properly, the downside picture starts getting a lot more serious.
The reason I keep talking about the 52k to 48k zone is because once 62k is lost, there is not a lot of clean structure sitting underneath. That does not mean Bitcoin goes there in one straight candle, but it does mean the chart opens up if this level fails.
Now add tonight’s CPI into the mix.
The market is already nervous after strong jobs data pushed rate cut expectations further away. If inflation comes in hotter than expected, it strengthens the “higher for longer” narrative, which usually puts pressure on risk assets like Bitcoin.
For newer traders, it’s simple.
Higher inflation means the Fed has less reason to cut rates. Less chance of cuts means tighter liquidity. Tighter liquidity usually means less appetite for higher-risk assets.
If CPI comes in softer, Bitcoin could get the relief bounce it needs.
If CPI comes in hot while Bitcoin is sitting below key reclaim levels, the pressure could build quickly.
Key levels I am watching:
• Current zone: 61k to 62k
• Must reclaim: 65k
• Relief rally area: 69k to 70k
• Major resistance: 75k
• Longer-term downside zone: 52k to 48k
For me, tonight is all about the reaction.
Bitcoin needs a reclaim, and the market needs a CPI print that does not add more pressure.
If neither of those happen, the 52k to 48k zone becomes a much bigger conversation.
I'll be breaking this all down live today on @CoinBureauTr see you there.

@Polymarket Lol they will get rekt. When in history has a IPO given out so many shares to retail and pension funds? They're allocating to everyone. Honestly not a good sign. Also insiders don't have a lock up but retail does... I smell exit liquidity.
Exactly what the financial-industrial complex is doing with Bitcoin right now.
They want to custody your Bitcoin while encouraging you to lever up and borrow against it, so they can margin-call you when they scoop it up on the cheap.
They want BlackRock, Strategy, Coinbase, or a Cantor-connected Bitcoin treasury company to hold your Bitcoin.
They want your Bitcoin wrapped in Michael Saylor, Brandon Lutnick, Adam Back, David Bailey, Jack Mallers, Steve Witkoff, Eric Trump, or Donald Trump Jr. instead of held in your own self-custody.
Understand the difference between owning Bitcoin and owning a financial product built around Bitcoin.
One moves you closer to sovereignty.
The other moves Bitcoin closer to the financial-industrial complex.
Your choice.
🚨WHAT ON EARTH?!!!
A Catholic church in Columbus, OH had to SHUT DOWN its annual FAMILY FESTIVAL because a mob of "teens" turned it into a brawl.
Teens began punching each other and then ROBBED A CVS before they began jumping on cars to escape.
Over 10 people were arrested and 100+ cop cars from TWO DEPARTMENTS showed up.
This was a CHURCH fundraiser THAT WAS PLANNED ALL YEAR LONG FOR THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!!
A family event with carnival rides to support St. Catharine Parish and its SCHOOL.
And now?
The church has CANCELED the ENTIRE FESTIVAL for the rest of 2026.
A fundraiser for a Catholic school... GONE.
Because a mob of "teens" destroyed it and made it unsafe for everyone.
WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!
Fun fact:
I used a VPN & a throwaway SIM to create the twitter account that got me arrested, when I asked the police interrogator how they found me, they admitted they matched up the details of my stabbing that I posted about on the account to the police report I made. Pure evil

A banana in January in New York floods your mitochondria with deuterium.
Your body has no tools to handle it.
Dr. Laszlo Boros — former professor of pediatrics at the UCLA School of Medicine & pioneer of deutonomics — explains why seasonal & local eating isn't just a dietary preference.
It's a fundamental requirement for mitochondrial function.
Three independent mechanisms explain why.
1) Sunlight and photon pressure:
Tropical fruits are naturally high in deuterium — the heavy isotope of hydrogen that causes ATP synthase nanomotors inside your mitochondria to stutter and break.
In equatorial regions, high-intensity red and infrared sunlight penetrates the body and decreases the viscosity of water inside mitochondria — allowing the nanomotors to keep spinning despite the deuterium load.
Eat that same banana in a dark New York winter — without the corresponding sunlight — and your mitochondria receive the heavy fuel without the light needed to process it.
The nanomotors stall.
2) Microbiome desynchronization:
Your gut microbiome is your primary deuterium filter.
Here's the mechanism most people miss:
Bacteria actively collect deuterium to fuel their own division.
They run their nanomotors in reverse — pumping clean protons out while trapping heavy deuterons inside their cells.
As they ferment your food, they strip out the deuterium and release deuterium-depleted metabolites — short-chain fatty acids and ketone bodies — back into your gut for clean energy production.
The trapped deuterium gets excreted in your stool.
But this filtering mechanism only works when your microbiome is adapted to the food you're eating.
Bacteria are highly specialized.
They only efficiently metabolize a narrow range of substrates.
When you eat a consistent local diet — your microbiome develops a stable tailored population that knows exactly how to extract deuterium from those specific local foods.
When you introduce an imported tropical fruit in winter — your gut bacteria are caught off guard.
They haven't adapted to this foreign substrate.
They can't ferment it efficiently.
They can't trap the deuterium fast enough.
It slips past the gut's mucosal barrier directly into your circulation — and into your mitochondria.
3) Nanomotor stutter and metabolic crowding:
Inside your mitochondria are ATP synthase nanomotors — spinning at up to ~9,000 rotations per minute to pump protons and produce energy.
A deuteron is twice as large and twice as heavy as a normal proton.
When it enters these fast-spinning motors — it acts like a medicine ball thrown into a precision engine.
It becomes stuck.
The nanomotors stutter and break.
The consequence is metabolic crowding.
With the motors destroyed, protons can no longer return to the mitochondrial matrix to mix with oxygen and form metabolic water.
Complete biological combustion stops.
Just like an engine choked with fuel but lacking a working exhaust — your mitochondria can no longer fully burn incoming carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into their natural end products of carbon dioxide and water.
The unburned fuel backs up and piles up inside your cells.
Your body stores it as visceral fat, excessive glycogen, or abnormal proteins.
This is metabolic crowding.
And it is the biochemical root of obesity, diabetes, and cancer.
Boros:
"When you walk into a department store and you see those shiny apples and watermelons from wherever they're from — it's really not your food. First of all, it doesn't grow there, especially not in that season. And when you eat it, you don't have the light exposure, the oxygen partial pressure, and you name it."
Eating locally and seasonally isn't a wellness trend.
It's what your mitochondria were built for.
