@HsakaTrades It's crazy that there wasn't an NDA that went along with the LOI. Or maybe there was and these two parties will just fight it out in court, with FTX having considerably less resources now.

@bitmma @icebergy If the defendants aren’t asking for protective orders in these situations (which would limit proprietary information to just the lawyers) then I question their counsel’s competence.

@nexuscash And that's the sort of thing that keeps venture capital away. They do their due diligence before putting money into a project and that sort of behavior is not hard to uncover. Wish I had seen that email exchange earlier. Yeesh.

A lot of people are getting crushed by $NXS de-listing. Lots of people calling it a scam. Just my thoughts on small businesses, and what can be learned.

@nexuscash And that should all be stopped by way of corporate structure. Proper agreements keep founders from blowing developer stacks. Obviously Nexus chose to ignore theirs, or just never had those agreements in place.

A project getting on #Coinbase is usually a good indicator that project has at least done what it needs to to attract investors (ignore the unicorns like $doge and $shibu). There’s obviously no guarantee of success, but it’s a great indicator.

Corporate structure matters. /6

This does not mean it’s necessarily a scam. We don’t, as john q public, have those facts. It just means the project is looking less likely to succeed. Sometimes it takes a delisting to open up peoples’ eyes to that reality.

After three years, I'm finally giving up on $NXS. I wish the team the best of luck and hope it moons, but I'm done. Great community and great people who deserve to have this thing flourish, but I can't be married to a coin any more.

@Nikadesh I think it just matters how much time you have. Real life has gotten busy and even crypto related. I don't have time or desire to chronicle any of that here. I realized how bad I actually was at charting and am just trying to learn. Always good to see your perspective.
