@JagexSupport I cannot appeal this. This is why I'm reaching out. I've paid for membership for countless years. The account was hijacked I am unable to send appeals in. I cannot get word from any of the mods, etc. Is this really all Jagex can afford in terms of customer service?

6 years of paying for runescape accounts and unable to get help from a single person at @JagexSupport. This is unreal.

Needed 4-5 days to hear back from customer service and get sent to an automated link that clearly was not working for me in the past. Where does customer money go if not customer service? Geeze.

@JagexSupport Jaff, the account was hijacked for a small period of time. The ban isn't even for RWT. It is for macroing. I have been trying to appeal this, but it will not allow me to on your hyperlink. So 6-7 years of paying membership and I get sent to an automated response? Seriously?

@JagexSupport TKaay, thanks for the response. I want to see if my main 'Trome_X' can be unbanned. It won't allow me to appeal. I love OSRS, but my most recent ban was due to it being hijacked. I would really appreciate another chance. My dream is to max. It's been years since I have played.
