@JioCare Receiving the same generic reply for days without any real update. Please provide actual MNP status, reason for 22-day delay and expected resolution timeline. My old SIM is already deactivated and I have no access to my number.
Extremely poor MNP experience with @JioCare@reliancejio
On 24.04.26, I submitted my mobile number portability request to Jio, provided UPC code and paid βΉ349 recharge.
It has now been 22 days and my number is still not activated on Jio.

Sharing screenshots of repeated generic/template replies from @JioCare received over the last 3 days without any actual resolution, status update or timeline. A customer should not be left without access to their mobile number for 22 days after submitting an MNP request.

@JioCare@reliancejio My previous operator SIM has already been deactivated, but I never received/activated a Jio SIM. I am currently unable to access my mobile number at all, including OTPs, banking and important services.
