@pvsubramanyam Diners has low merchant acceptance. Infinia is on Visa platform and has practically the same features including lounge access. Infinia has higher limits on rewards and hence considered better.
Infinia / Diners is better than ICICI visa card in terms of rewards.

@BahlKanan I don't think medical premiums are locked in at entry age like life insurance policies. My medical premiums have increased over years and only benefit is existing illness cover vs buying a new policy.
