@JamarrKelley @Alpha_Futures_ That's the point, if you didn't have a pending payout with a DD account you wouldn't have been banned and would still be stuck in the endless cycle of buying accounts, which is excellent for them.

@Alpha_Futures_ I am completely disappointed with your service, as I have always considered you one of the best. Today I received an email from the risk team regarding trading multiple accounts on July 8th, 2026. I have ONE account, initiated on July 20th, 2026, where I recently received payouts and have 2 pending max cap payouts (I believe this is the reason for the ban). After the scandal with the premium accounts, the service became awful: payment delays, incorrect messages for traders, accounts locked without permission. I feel completely like a fool. When a trader is forced to use a terrible platform that is still full of bugs, everything is fine, right? A platform where orders that open, don't close, freeze the screen, and open random orders at different price levels, but when it comes to paying a trader who has dedicated days to trading, it's completely acceptable to invent an excuse and ban the account? Many people in the chat are complaining about the same problem. I truly hope it's just another generic issue to be fixed, like yesterday's platform freeze. @arjoio He actually sent us a red flag about it and thank you for that If they resolve my situation, I will comment again here. My account status is below:
