Number of Shares = 46,00,00,000 ÷ 16.45 = ~2.796 Crore shares
At face value ₹10/share → Equity Capital = ~27.96 Cr ≈ 28 Cr
So you are absolutely right — the EPS of 16.45 on ₹46 Cr NP implies ~28 Cr worth of equity capital, not 16 Cr.
