Yesterday, I was actually planning to long Bitcoin after that catastrophic drop on Friday. But then I got that second thought — I don’t trust Mondays. So yeah, I didn’t take the long. Sometimes you just have to trust your instinct.
Anyway, I’ve already made a solid profit on my shorts — two targets hit straight up. I’ve booked around 75% of my position and moved my stop-loss to break-even, so nothing much to regret.
And no, I’m still not fully bullish on Bitcoin. I saw what Trump tweeted last night — “don’t worry about China” — right after billions got liquidated from the market. He knew exactly what he was doing. Trump knew if he didn’t come out and say something, the U.S. market, especially the S&P 500, could’ve broken that rising wedge pattern I talked about earlier. He didn’t want that to happen, so he tweeted the opposite — and the market stabilized a bit right after. Classic manipulation.
U.S. markets look ready to break that rising wedge we’ve been building for months.
If it breaks, I’m targeting a 3% drop on $SPX — which could mean a 15% hit for #Bitcoin, down to the 85–90K range.
I’ve been short since 123K and sitting nicely in profits.
For now, all in gold. No fresh $BTC buys till the dust settles. Let’s see what Monday brings. 👀
I don’t get why people are so emotional about their bags. Seriously, why does everyone expect the market to only go up? No one wants to see red candles, and that’s crazy to me.
My feed’s full of “Trump this, Trump that… tariffs… we shouldn’t have elected Trump.” Bro, when Trump wasn’t around, Bitcoin was trading at $20K$30K. Now it’s over $120K. So what are we even crying about?
This market has one rule — what goes up will come down. That’s how it works. If you can’t handle dumps, you don’t deserve the pumps.
I don’t get emotionally attached to my bags. I’m here to make money, not to worship Bitcoin. I don’t care if it dumps or moons — I only care about being on the right side of the move. Bitcoin brings freedom, sure, but you only make money when you sell.
So stop acting like everything has to pump forever. Markets are meant to pump and dump. That’s the rulebook.
And remember — if you don’t know where to sell, the market will teach you how to sell in panic. Better learn it before it’s too late
