All these self proclaimed #fintwit guruβs love to pour hate on any trading/investing strategy that isnβt their own.
Donβt they get that itβs the diversity of the market that creates the opportunity to make money?
Donβt hate other methods, celebrate them!

New traders tend to add more to their charts and process.
My goal has always been to take away.
Less is more.
Easier to determine RR, easier to execute, easier to manage MC.
Don't make trading harder then it needs to be.

THE MARKET BAR
Stocks below their 200D MA.
The NASDAQ basket prints a new % low, the NYSE making rapid progress to the downside.
Hard to find an edge on the long-side in this environment.

THE MARKET BAR
Expansion is the word of the week!
π Price expansion to the downside.
π MA divergence expanding.
π Negative volume expansion.
π A negative expansion in new lows.
π Bearish sentiment remains elevated.
Stay safe everyone.

THE MARKET BAR
Looking at the % of stocks above their 30W and 10W MAs by market cap.
Colour coding shows the gradual breakdown since June 2021 and weak rally that occurred under the 30W MA.
The market has a very unhealthy look.

THE MARKET BAR
Stocks above their 200 Day MA on both the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Both firmly planted below 50%. Clearly the NSADAQ in worse shape but given the action I'm more concerned about the downside risk on the NYSE.

THE MARKET BAR
The clearest price action can be found on the NASDAQ.
Price wholly contained below the 30W MA, RS trending down, downside momentum and a nasty bar closing at lows of the structure.
The expectation would be down from here.

THE MARKET BAR
The NYSE looks similar to the $WLSH. The TR is longer and although technically in a weekly range the expectation is a break of support and a move to the downside.

THE MARKET BAR
One of the worst W bars we've ween on the $WLSH since the decisive 30W MA break in Jan.
We are still technically within a TR after a failed S4 breakdown attempt but as time passes its looking more like a distribution range and caution is the order of the day.
$FLR giving nothing back as it consolidates after a decisive break of its Stage 1 structure.
Have annotated the key points of reference.
Like π and retweet π if you'd like to see more charts like this.
$GFI pulling back constructively to the 10W MA.
Have annotated the key points of reference.
Like π and retweet π if you'd like to see more charts like this.
39 Groups closed above an upward sloping 30W on Friday.
Here are some groups potentially setting up for a push higher.
I've marked up nonferrous metals.
