Today we celebrate the life of a friend
🚲
It’s with a heavy heart that we have learned that Jonathan Warren sadly passed away unexpectedly on 28 February
💔
JW took part in 2016, completed our 2017 500km Colossus ride & filmed the 2018 event

We’d like to thank those who had pledged their support the 2025 event in a myriad of different ways, it is greatly appreciated.
Once we’ve a clearer understanding on the direction the event will take going forwards we’ll of course make an announcement. Take care & safe riding🚴
Over the years we have held a variety of different versions of the ride from sportive to Audax, with lengths of 300 miles to 500k and 600k and within a ride time of 24 to 40 hours.
However, forces in certain quarters have worked against us and it’s with a heavy heart that we need to cancel the 2025 event.
We have already reached out directly to those impacted by this news.
We got lucky!
We have been quite recently, as we have been out on the road checking routes, ahead of next year.
We got lucky and we made it to St Mawes in just in time to witness a terrific sunset over Pendennis Point, Cornwall.

@CB_cycles Craig, you dared to stand in the arena, be counted & do it! You did what others weren’t prepared to do. Talk it up, not down, try not to be too hard on yourself or allow it to take away from what you achieved, that now includes standing up & talking about it. Chapeau! 🚴
@CB_cycles@AudaxUK Craig, You are your own subject matter expert. You were there, you did it, so you can talk with passion and first has experience. Good luck 🚴
Ten years ago Andy, Charlotte, Jim, Nick, Ollie, Paula and Tim set out to prove a concept.
On Monday 21 October, at 18:05, a new chapter begins, who is joining us?
