The lift at Hale Library is currently out of order. This has been reported and it'll hopefully be working again soon. This week's storytime session will take place downstairs to prevent people with buggies needing to use the stairs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We wanted to spotlight Nishan's fabulous catapult made at our Saturday LEGO Club!! Usually we wouldn't approve of catapulting LEGO bricks around the library - but seeing this model we had to make an exception!

Woodsend Library will be closed for normal library services on Thursday 7th May, during which time it will be used as a polling station.

Regular library services will resume on Friday 8th May - with Open+ Services resuming at 10am and staffed services resuming at 2pm.
