Worst service from @amazonIN giving fake updates on delivery and I didn't receive my order yet ???? @JeffBezos @jagograhakjago

Look at how @IqooInd State Manager speaks to a customer! Instead of offering a fair solution, he spoke so rudely to me. My only request is simple: please provide me with an equivalent phone, but iQOO is offering me a downgraded device instead. @nipunmarya @Vivo_India #iqooneo10r

Hi @Flipkart @flipkartsupport It was arriving on Friday, but not shipped yet, Why bro?

[Vineet ranga @Vineet_100805]

Extremely disappointed with @Flipkart ! Order placed on 8th Oct, promised by 13th, then delayed to 17th—still not delivered! Support keeps asking me to wait with no real update. @flipkartsupport , escalate this immediately and deliver my order! #Flipkart #CustomerService

@AmazonHelp As mentioned earlier I need my order in next 10mins @amazon @amazonIN @JeffBezos

[Cyrus Dhabhar @CyrusDhabhar]

Absolute scummy behaviour by @amazonIN's delivery partners. They claim to have 'attempted delivery' yesterday and today evening when for a fact no one ever came. Delays after delays on an expensive and important package that I have been waiting days for. I think this time around i'm going to hire a lawyer and take @amazonIN to consumer court over this outright scam.

To add, The customer care promised the order will be delivered today before a certain time, and again, no one has even bothered to turn up. What a farce.

#Flipkart @FlipkartSupport I placed an order on the 8th. It went out for delivery on both the 14th and 16th, but was marked unsuccessful both times. Kindly look into this issue urgently and ensure delivery ASAP.

Hi, @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

I placed my order on 8th October, and after MULTIPLE DELAYS, it’s been pushed to tomorrow AGAIN. This is pathetic service! I need my order delivered TODAY before 5 PM as I’m travelling after that. Please resolve this urgently.

I had to go to two warehouses because the managers insisted delivery wasn't possible and told me to pick it up myself. What kind of service is this, @Flipkart @flipkartsupport?

[Jerry @Jerrin7778]

If worst support has a word. It's flipkart . They are saying it's resolved . They are just handed over their support to some third party and they are just providing the details whats in the app. @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

[Rohan Singh  @therohansng]

Update: I personally visited the Ekart warehouse, yet the manager refused to hand over my parcel. What’s the point of “Priority Delivery” if it keeps getting rescheduled by 48 hours? Worst service from Flipkart. @Flipkart @FlipkartSupport @consumercourtin

[Rahul @anpadhCS]

Pathetic service from @flipkartsupport @Flipkart. It's been showing Out for delivery since 2'o clock but still haven't received it. Even the delivery agent's call ain't passing through to him. Order ID OD438881122597289100
