there is some deck building savant that somehow made LS tier 0 with dragonling/charge unpointed

@GenesysYuGiOh You have once again forgotten to address why lightsworn is so incredibly over-pointed. You could put light brigade and dragonling to 0 points and the deck wouldnt be tier 2. People might play it cause it's a fan favorite but it isnt winning anything.
