@O2 unbloody believeable!! after all the problems i have an email right now saying sorry you were unavailable!! i'm sat by the door!!! I told and told O2 CS to communicate with DPD that they had the right adress and location! useless the pair of you.

@O2 whole thing is a shambles. O2 CS didn't really want to help and just wanted to log complaint to respond within 5 days. No proactivity. No tracking ID for me to follow up with DPD, why not? No managers available to talk. Take another day off and hope DPD actually turn up...

Sadness turned to RAGE! when the lad spent all Christmas Day building @KNEXUK @KNEX Electric Inferno RollerCoaster only to find out at the very end that the set is 3 links short on the drive chain!!! 😱 A lesson to count all the pieces first!!!
