My contact in Bangalore even went to the warehouse to pick it up finally because you wouldn't deliver. But your rude warehouse staff didn't even give the parcel to them. Is this seriously premium delivery service? Or just premium charges for bad service?

@DTDCIndia what is wrong with Bangalore DTDC?? Why is my courier just making rounds of Bangalore? And nobody is delivering. I even raised a ticket 5 days ago and there is not even a response on the ticket. Even the customer care number is so slow. I'm literally on hold for 20mins

@ShiprocketIndia I read this process. What happens when the end Customer doesn't receive a single call? My customer didn't get a call. I asked for re-attempt. But still my courier is now RTO without even a single genuine delivery attempt. 😡

@XpressBees_IN and @ShiprocketIndia claim that customer refused the shipment which I had sent. I need a proof of the same. As per my conversation with customer, they never got a call from delivery person. Escalation tab not working on order in shiprocket.
