1 - Visit the GTR website & register for your preferred Run or Cycle race. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️
2 - Run/Cycle any time between the 1st and 22nd of August.⏰
3 - Submit your time and receive your Virtual Medal and Certificate. 🏅
