Your morning coffee didn’t ‘ruin’ your hormones. Stressing about it probably did.
Cortisol isn’t your enemy; your lifestyle is. Manage stress, lift weights, and stop demonizing caffeine. #bydannysaltos
People say lifting heavy will make women bulky.
Newsflash: Pizza and Netflix are a better recipe for ‘bulk’ than a set of deadlifts.
Ladies, pick up the damn weights. #bydannysaltos
Me: I just need 20 minutes to work out.
Also me: Spends 10 minutes looking for the right playlist.
Stop wasting time. Lift heavy things and go dominate your day. #bydannysaltos
This is the year…you do the same thing you did last year. Most people aren’t ready for change and it’s not because they don’t want it. It’s because they are not ready. #bydannysaltos
You don’t need to love working out to be consistent. I don’t love paying bills either, but here we are. Sometimes it’s about showing up, not being obsessed. #bydannysaltos
If you're scared of going to the gym, just remember: it's a place where people wear spandex and lift heavy objects to the soundtrack of grunting. What's not to love? #GymHumor#NoPainNoGain#FitnessJourney
How badly you want to change your body is reflected in the amount of work you’re willing to put in to get the results.

Workout with a buddy or hire a trainer. You don’t have to do it alone. Having someone to be your cheerleader or guide you along in the process can be the difference between giving up or thriving.
3.Find something you enjoy.
I hate pickleball. Would it do me any good to commit to playing 2x a week with my buddies? Hell no! Find something you can get into. Zumba, cardio Pilates, heated sound baths. Whatever! That way you’re more likely to stick to it in the long term
2. Start slow.
You know what happens when you go hard out the gate? You burn out and inevitably give up.
There is so much value in taking it slow at the beginning. Build up as you get stronger and fitter.
1. Set a realistic goal.
Sounds super simple but it’s one of the most overlooked aspects to a fitness journey.
•walk 5 mins everyday for 1 month
•Lose 5 lbs in 3 months
•Go to the gym 3x a wk
It could be anything but make sure it’s realistic and attainable.
I feel the anxiety in your statement and I know where you’re coming from. I’ve been there.
Here are 6 steps to help you get back into a fitness routine.
