@FedEx Extremely disappointed in your service! For days I have received conflicting dates and messages about my package, only to be told lies when I call to track the package. The last agent said “I’ll get the package one day and I should be satisfied with that.” Wow! #neveragain

@BestBuy Not what it used to be. I pre-ordered PlayStation Pulse Explore and again did not receive them on the release date. Only to learn others purchased on release date and received theirs. Again, what wasn’t delayed was the money Best Buy took for the preorder. #getittogether
