Commissioner Secretary IT, Saurabh Bhagat, reviewed the progress on CSCs & e-Unnat portal in Srinagar. Discussions were held with J&K Bank to enable CSCs as BCs. CS IT directed concerned officials to integrate 1166 online services into Digital Seva Portal within upcoming months.

State Head J&K/Ladakh, @faizankhan39, visited many CSCs in Jammu to review their delivery of G2C & B2C services. He encouraged VLEs to assist citizens with cash withdrawals via DigiPay & Insurance through DSP. He directed them to ensure proper branding & adhere to govt rate list.
