@kerriandrewsuk As others have said, it's the role not you. In my experience, colleagues don't know what to say & feel awkward because they've got a job & you haven't. I've never allowed my discomfort to get in the way of helping another person to feel better.

And inexplicably, Outlook has disappeared on my laptop with only the @virginmedia appsuite working. It's bizarre & unforgiveable for a systems provider to treat a loyal customer like this. Go figure where I will take my loyalty. Customers vote with their feet & their business.
So @virginmedia what's the plan? You took e-mail down overnight on Thursday, intermittent service all day and still no folders restored! It seems you may have outsourced your storage support; I hope you're confident they have the back ups! When can we expect this to be resolved?
At last, an update on Weds from @AxelWehrle re the email debacle. System taken down overnight for "essential works" and is now intermittent.
But still no sign of the missing folders or indeed a plan for recovery. Not looking good is it @virginmedia ? TWO WHOLE WEEKS NOW!!! 👿
@virginmedia But your customer support offered to proactively update me as mentioned. So that wasn't a sincere offer then - just a way to close the conversation?
Sorry, but this just doesn't wash after 2 weeks of shocking service.
