When I was walking to the White House this past Thursday in DC, I looked up and saw something that had everyone else there stopped in their tracks.
An Amish delegation had come to Washington DC to take part in America 250.
Just that morning, I had shared with congressmen, @SecRollins and @SBA_Kelly, @johnrich, the @BLMNational, the @USDA, and many, many attorneys what is happening to the Amish of New York State as part of the green energy grift.
These solar monstrosities (and soon to be wind) are being sited in the epicenter of Amish communities, where they rely on horse and buggy, and the ability to walk, to get to church and their children to school.
Countless Amish have gone on the ORES record stating they’ll be forced to leave the state if they build these industrial complexes inside of their homes.
ORES tries to shut the Amish out of public discussions. They don’t inform them of incoming complexes or make it easy for the Amish to file their comments.
Expert anabaptist testimony by Steven Nolt has been entered into the ORES docket for Mill Point and Flat Creek Solar. ORES ignores it.
The Amish are the backbone of many rural Upstate NY counties. If they pull out, county economies will collapse.
The Amish have done so much for me, starting with building out my farm.
I will not stand by while eco terrorists purposely force them from their homes.
Seeing the Amish in DC felt like seeing a piece of home.

As a 20 year ER/Trauma RN, let me tell you a little bit about CPR that none of the tv shows will.
To do proper CPR, you have to push down on the chest HARD & fast. If you’re doing it correctly on anyone over the age of 70, multiple ribs will be broken and the sternum bruised. When you have multiple broken ribs, we call it “flail chest” and even if the person gets back a heartbeat, they’ll be unable to breathe properly because the chest cavity is no longer supported. So, you’ll likely need to be intubated rapidly and we sometimes break off your teeth in the process. It’s not pretty. It’s not peaceful. And it sure as hell isn’t painless.
Now, all of that is if you have your heart stop while in the hospital and you get a trained team. For patients over 80, if you need pre-hospital CPR, your survival rate is about 2%. Even if you do survive, your life is a living hell. You can’t laugh, breathe, cough or sneeze for up to a year without severe pain. You likely lost brain function due to the time without oxygen. Your mobility is impaired because you’ve been in bed for so long and many will never get out of bed again.
But @SenMcConnell ’s people want us to believe he’s already up and functioning as a member of Congress. I call bullshit. Complete and utter bullshit. The man was gorked for the last 5 years and there’s no way he’s miraculously healthy enough to vote on matters that impact our country after this.
He must be removed immediately. Isn’t fair to him or us to continue this farce.
Lastly, if you’re over 70, I beg you not to be a full code (make sure your loved ones know you don’t want CPR or intubation) and for the love of God, if you’re over 80, make sure you’re a DNR and have your POLST form on your refrigerator, in your wallet, and in your medical records so your poor family doesn’t have to make the decision for you. There’s nothing worse than being forced to break the chest of a frail granny because the kids are too sad to let her go or because the asshole grandkids want more time to have her write them into the will.
Irish couple left speechless after a small-town Alabama restaurant owner quietly picked up their entire tab.
Meanwhile, the same people who spent years sneering that Alabama was nothing but “backward rednecks” just got a masterclass in Southern hospitality. No lectures. No virtue signaling. No social media performance. Just genuine kindness from people the elites love to mock.
Turns out character isn’t measured by ZIP code—it’s measured by actions. And once again, small-town America embarrassed the self-appointed “tolerant” crowd without saying a word.
LISTEN: Jacob Rockwell was fined for running a red light in Pensacola, Florida.
Only thing is Jacob wasn’t in Florida, he was in Alabama.
He sounded off at a local city meeting recently and his concerns go beyond just one citation.
🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: The Surgeon General of Florida just announced ALL VACCINE MANDATES IN FLORIDA will be ENDED, and the room erupted.
All. Not just COVID. ALL.
JOSEPH LADAPO: "Every last one is wrong and DRIPS with disdain and slavery! Who am I, or anyone else, to tell YOU what you should put in your body? Who am I to tell you what your CHILD should put in their body? I don't have that right. Your body is a gift from God. What you put into your body is because of your relationship with your Body and God."
"Pretty much every state has them. It's WRONG."
🚨 THIS is what "medical care" looks like in a New Jersey hospital.
A walking symbol of Sharia, fully veiled in a niqab, handling your health records.
Let’s be clear:
Anyone fleeing an Islamic regime and still choosing to wear this oppressive uniform in America isn’t escaping Sharia - they’re here to spread it. Deport them.
This isn’t “diversity.” It’s civilizational infiltration.
Our hospitals are becoming ideological war zones, staffed by people who openly support Sharia, and yet, non-Muslims are expected to trust them with our lives?
I said it years ago, and I’ll say it again louder:
Be cautious when you’re under the care of a devout Islamic medical professional.
You may be their patient. But to them, you are an infidel, a kafir.
And let’s not pretend this is rare — across the country, there are endless documented cases of Muslim doctors and med students celebrating violent jihad.
This is not religious freedom. It’s ideological warfare.
The burqa is not just fabric. It’s a political flag.
It’s a uniform of allegiance, not to America, but to Islamic supremacy.
We need to push our leaders at every level to wake up.
Stop bowing to “tolerance.” Start defending the West.
So exactly one day after Bill Gates testifies, the “victims” funded by the Tides Foundation that is funded by the Gates Foundation broadsides Todd Blanche instead of Bill Gates, the man who drugged his wife so she wouldn’t get the STDs he got from the Russian hooker he banged at a chess tournament. Do I have that right? Yes. Yes I do
You've driven past one this week and probably never noticed it. 100,000 Flock cameras now line America's roads — and thousands more go up every month.
They don’t just film traffic. They read faces. They carry microphones. Once the system knows who you are, everything it captures gets attached to your profile — where you went, when, how often.
“It’s like the Truman show, but if it was 1984,” Eric said.

THERE IT IS!!!
I knew Trump was up to something!
He just confirmed that every night, the US MIL are taking “millions of barrels of oil” out of Iran, and he only revealed this because Iran figured it out.
Meaning, that the US MIL have been conducting covert operations during this ceasefire. That explains why Trump has seemingly been content with Iran stalling during negotiations. There was a purpose. We are taking the oil!
I wouldn’t be surprised if we are also already in the process of extracting the uranium. I wouldn’t be surprised if we just wake up one day, and Trump announces we have it.
So while it may seem like nothing is going on, and we are just in limbo, I can assure you, many things are in motion behind the scenes. Trump holds all the cards, and he is positioning himself to have massive momentum leading into the midterms. Gas will be down, stock market will be up, and MAGA will be surging.
This is biblical.
A woman in her eighties. Ten years into Alzheimer's. Hadn't spoken a full sentence in five years.
Takes one, 5 gram dose of psilocybin.
She slept 19 hours and woke up and spoke for hours about her life, recognized family and held real conversations. She regained bladder control after five years, walked on her own. and dressed herself. Gains held for weeks.
I'm a cardiologist. I've held dying hearts in my hands in the cath lab at 3 AM. And I need to tell you something that changes everything about how we prevent heart attacks.
For decades, the entire field was built on one target: lower LDL cholesterol. Statins save lives — that's settled science. But too many of my patients did everything right — took their statins, hit their numbers, lived clean — and still ended up on my table with a ruptured artery.
We were treating the smoke while the fire kept burning.
The fire is inflammation. And the evidence is now overwhelming.
The CANTOS trial proved it first — lowering inflammation independent of cholesterol reduced cardiac events. But the newer data is what keeps me up at night.
AI-enhanced CT angiography can now detect inflamed arteries by measuring changes in the fat surrounding your coronary vessels — the perivascular fat attenuation index. Higher inflammation in the fat around even one artery independently predicts cardiac death. When multiple arteries show inflammation, the risk multiplies dramatically — even in patients whose cholesterol looks perfect.
This isn't theoretical. This is measurable. Right now. On a scan you can get this month.
Low-dose colchicine — a drug that's been around for centuries for gout — is now FDA-approved specifically for reducing cardiovascular events. It works by quieting the inflammatory cascade that destabilizes the plaque sitting in your arteries. A pill that costs pennies is saving lives the statins couldn't reach.
And the next wave is already in Phase 3 trials. Ziltivekimab — an IL-6 inhibitor — targets the central inflammatory pathway driving atherosclerosis. Phase 2 data showed a 90% reduction in hsCRP. The ZEUS cardiovascular outcomes trial is enrolling now, with results expected late 2026 into 2027. If positive, anti-inflammatory therapy will become standard in managing heart disease alongside lipid-lowering. The era of inflammation-targeted cardiology is arriving.
But it goes deeper than drugs. AI is now predicting heart failure and cardiac events 5+ years before symptoms — integrating CT imaging, electronic health records, and genetic data with accuracy that jumps far beyond traditional risk calculators.
And polygenic risk scores — a simple genetic test that flags inherited cardiovascular risk — are now formally recognized as a risk-enhancing factor in the 2026 ACC/AHA guidelines. A single blood draw can reveal risk that's been silently building since birth. Decades before the first chest pain.
Here's what this means for you right now — today:
Ask your doctor for a high-sensitivity CRP test. It's cheap, routine, and measures the systemic inflammation that standard cholesterol panels completely miss. You can have perfect LDL and inflamed arteries that are quietly preparing to rupture.
If your hsCRP is elevated, discuss low-dose colchicine with your physician. It's FDA-approved for exactly this.
Push for a coronary CT angiography with AI plaque and inflammation analysis if you have risk factors. This isn't the stress test your parents got. This is 3D visualization of your actual arteries — with AI quantifying not just how much plaque you have, but what kind it is and whether the surrounding tissue is inflamed.
Consider polygenic risk score testing — especially with a family history of early heart disease. It's now guideline-supported.
And the foundation that never changes: move daily, eat real food, sleep 7-9 hours, manage stress, and know your numbers — ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, fasting insulin.
I left Iran as a child with nothing. I rebuilt everything in a country that gave me the freedom to become a physician. I've spent twenty years watching patients get second chances.
The ones who haunt me aren't the ones who died on my table. They're the ones who survived but never acted on what the science was telling them — years before the event that didn't have to happen.
You can have perfect cholesterol and still have a heart attack. Inflammation plus genetics can drive plaque rupture in arteries that look "fine" on a standard panel.
The myth that normal cholesterol means you're safe has cost more lives than I can count.
We now have the tools to detect the fire — not just the smoke. AI to see it. Genetics to predict it. Drugs to quiet it. And the ancient basics — movement, real food, sleep, purpose — to prevent it from starting.
Prevention is the new cure. And the science to make it real is no longer coming.
It's here.
Her Amazon orders were 18% more expensive than her sisters for the exact same products.
They lived in the same city. Had Prime accounts on the same plan. Were buying the same brands. Often within hours of each other.
Yet every single time they compared receipts, her totals were higher.
A laundry detergent her sister bought for $14.99 cost her $17.49. A pair of headphones her sister got for $79 cost her $94. A printer ink cartridge her sister paid $32 for showed up in her cart at $39.
She thought maybe she was looking on the wrong day.
Then a friend who used to work in Amazon's pricing team explained the truth over dinner.
"Amazon doesn't have one price. They have millions of prices, one for every customer. The price you see is calibrated specifically for you, based on what Amazon has learned about your behavior. Your sister is paying less because Amazon has decided she'll only buy at lower prices. You've shown them you'll pay more."
She asked how that was even legal.
He smiled.
"It's not just legal. It's the entire business model. Most shoppers have no idea this is happening and Amazon would prefer to keep it that way."
Here's everything he explained over the next 30 minutes. 🧵
@HaGeorgeisback@AmiriKing Same here. Graduated in the 70s. Went to the OWE Festival many times. Moved away in '85. I hate seeing what Toledo has become.
