@HarleysTravels Not sure how it worked on that specific route but when we had them on the West side of the Pennines we couldnโt run them on their own. If we didnโt have a PRM unit to run it coupled to we had to cancel the service!
@JGourd7@JoshuaGrid56098 Was it purchased on the train? Looks like it was. If that was the case then the staff have done nothing wrong as there is a buy before you board policy.
