@MythicalChef Bubble and squeak! It's what my grandmother called refried christmas dinner for the day after.

mashed potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, brussel sprouts, chicken and anything else in to a mushy pile and fried it in butter and served it with gravy.

It's my comfort meal once a year.
