@ATTHelp Sent a message. Been with att for 10+ years. The issue is your company in general, not service in my area. This is affecting my house only so att doesn't care at all.
@TMobileHelp@TMobile Tried to add line for our daughter, literally everything we were told was a lie. Been trying to fix incorrect bill for 4 months and getting the runaround. Been with Sprint/TMobile for decades and being treated horribly. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed!
