As a side note, they had already seperated 1/3 of the all purchases for themselves at the beginning. However, the remaning was for stakers.

500,000 AVAX held in the ColonyLab treasury have been seized by the team as of today.

The AVAX collected from users during the initial launch phase of the project will not be distributed back to token holders. Instead, the team has announced that ColonyLab has ceased operations and that the treasury funds will remain with them.
