Anybody know any good horror movies that are like 90 minutes~ish?

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@emberscutegflol I’m sorry oomf…

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@rwdslktr Idk, everything lists it as a psychological horror, but I didn't really see that in it

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@mirrorcastle__ This is moreso to say that a movie can have really great cinematography and such, but still score super low, as I might find the plot and characters unenjoyable and disengaging

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@mirrorcastle__ I don't have a set criteria really, so it's hard to say exactly what I look for in a film, but my scores are based on my feeling after seeing it, and nothing more. Those feelings can be guided by many factors in a film, but I think the execution of concept is the leading factor

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@JRBeast18 7 is a good score!! Though I have been itching to rewatch, and since it's been a good two years, and I think my opinions might have shifted a bit

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@mirrorcastle__ Well I don't hate some of them, and that's the real joy in it. I might be picky, but when something lands for me, it feels really good!!

@ZeroToOne02 @portesdi The movie lacks any sort of draw of interest for me. The characters are flat, and all the weird stuff in the film doesn't do anything but stand-in as visual replacement for the normal and mundane, leading to it feeling dull. Some of the shots were really cool, though

@thehorrorwombat I'm just not big on how Satoshi tells his stories, with Perfect Blue, it's ok, but I feel like the film explains itself, which kinda brings down the intrigue I would've had if it was a bit more mysterious

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@Xinyang321321 @GodWeenRecord I've made it an effort to stay away from such stuff, also his movies are incredibly short cartoons, I feel like they'd be perfect for tiktok kids

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@bubzillion_ No I actually did like that one!! It was pretty interesting, I thought all the stop motion looked great, gave it a lot of charm, and the mech aspect of the ending was fun!

@ecirficas666 I'm long retired from my fake ragebaiting days, I do like to partake in real ragebait by just posting actual opinions of mine from time to time

@FishosTheFish @JRBeast18 Have not gotten to that one yet, but I've been meaning to!!

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@MasteroArty I know I know, but thank you. I'm very used to having this kind of reaction to my taste, you should see what happens when I post my music takes

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@RedOc_Art Damn, thanks for all the recs. I haven't seen Candyman in years, so that one might be a fun one to revist

[ぷ 𝕃ori 🏁 @TransFemPOTUS]

@BlackyNotPinky Haven't gotten to that one yet, but I've seen the praise, I'll get it on the list
