WPATH Standards of Care 8 are out. These will be used not just by doctors but by lawyers in courts. TERFs tried to infiltrate, but failed. Notes:

- 1 letter required (down from 2) for surgeries
- Explicit allowance of informed consent
- No "watchful waiting" (conversion) therapy
