@KLM how is it possible that I book a ticket on your own app, I want now to add a luggage but this is not doable because I am flying first leg with @transavia which belongs to same group and I must pay tomorrow at the airport huge fees for the luggage?

Dan zoek je via een dm contact met @transavia en dan wordt er na een dag nog niet gereageerd. Zelfs geen automatisch bericht bv dat antwoord even kan duren. Pfff.
