207 (bus no 380372) dangerously overloaded. Passengers forced to stand in front of yellow line and in doorways. 20 people left behind at Lygon/Elgin St. Happens every day. @Transdev_Melb @JacintaAllanMP your silence is deafening... @ptua @danielbowen @TSVsafety

The winner is KINETIC. Will now run Metro Bus Franchise services currently run by @Transdev_Melb from 31 Jan 2022. Kinetic is best known as the operators of Skybus. This contract will give a large chunk of suburban buses as well including most SmartBus. More to come. #springst
