@SaikatmanMD Yes and no. It’s a short tweet and can’t include everything… UK NICE guidelines say 80 for ACS only (and chronically transfused patients and major haemorrhage managed differently)

@Advo_D@WilliamAird4 I disagree. “Anaemia of acute disease” is definitely a thing. Most hospital inpatients will drop their hb from baseline by 10g/l (I have seen this referenced but don’t ask me where!)
