TransEd should fix the issues its contract didn’t live up to before parting ways, and the city should invest in infrastructure repairs they didn’t include in the building of the line. More coming later...

Edmontonians currently express satisfaction with the Valley Line, partly due to TransEd’s incentives to operate the line and its guardrails that help safeguard taxpayers during delays.
Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary now offer improved transit guidance, a benefit that should reach Edmontonians; given this progress, why was so much spent on a trip planner that barely functions and delivers a poorer experience? @transitapp ought to create a web version of the app.

The current TransEd management structure is set to undergo major changes, with the City of Edmonton and TransEd expected to announce a restructuring plan at 9 a.m.
