Valparaiso, IN just issued a draft data center ordinance that puts Indy MDC's draft ordinance to shame.

E.g., compare Valpo's 1,000-ft setback, 55 db sound limit, and clean energy provision to Indy's weak 200-ft setback, 65 db sound limit, and no clean energy provision.
