The Railways Bill is back in Parliament on 10 June, giving MPs one last chance to put disabled passengers’ rights at the heart of Great British Railways.

URGENT: We’re calling on MPs to ensure Passenger Rights and Public Interest Duties become core values of Great British Railways.

This can only be done by amending Clause 18, which will set the criteria for all future rail policy decisions. The amendments include:

- A strong Passenger and Disability Rights Duty
- Duty to maximise socioeconomic value
- Climate and environment duties
- Duty to achieve targets for full rail accessibility
- Duties for affordable fares and transport integration
