@Cricketnation it seems to me y'all target seniors to some degree. Tell me why several times in the past few months my 80 yr father had to go to your store and pay in person when his automatic payment didn't work so he pays a $10 fee? Why hasn't your team helped him fix this?

@CricketSupport I never get mad at customer service reps. It isn't their fault but that one actually made me mad. I would have deleted these messages if anything at all had been done to help the situation. Anything like say an offer to help me set thing up over the phone for him.
@CricketSupport $13 for a late fee. $4 to pay in store. $5 missing for his autopay not working. That's $19 Everytime this happened. That could be up to $100 by now. Simple because seniors have problems with technology. Plus the $80 overcharge for phone cases. 👏👏👏👏

This has happened several times. How has the issue not been fixed permanently? Charge $10 to pay in store is shady af. When they bought their phones you'll sold them $50 cases that were $10 online. Y'all shady. Taking advantage of seniors. Shameful!
