She chuckles, she could hardly believe how lucky she was... to have the most beautiful and wonderful girl as her fiancé.

She couldn’t be happier with how things were going. “Old mans gonna show me the ropes before he retires. I ain’t qualified to teach anything but combat but I can take care of that.”

“I’ve also decided to take my dads place over at Shade since he’s retiring. Meaning... you ain’t gotta worry about me going off and getting hurt on missions anymore.”

@BigBadHuntress Her anxiety melted away as she kissed her lover, holding her close. She wore a grin once they eventually let go, she stood, and lifted Kam into her arms. “Guess I really do need to meet your folks now.” She laughed as she held Kam.

She grabbed the ring she’d been holding onto for months now, knelt down, and took a breath.
