@DonMauro1 @derek713_832 @DodgersNation Koufax also retired at age 30 due to arthritis in his pitching elbow (and subsequently was the youngest player at age 36 to be elected to the Baseball HOF). If we want longevity, we can’t put the strain on these guys like days past.
