Armed Forces Week is here!
Throughout the country, communities will be coming together this week to say thank you to the entire Armed Forces community – regulars, reservists, veterans, cadets, and the families that support them.
#SaluteOurForces
@Dave1RO We are happy to take a GP referral for any veterans who have a service-related physical health need - our email address is https://t.co/DRJOA2Y2to and we can send them a referral form
