Then there is a sports team in quarantine allowed a photo shoot, without even social distancing? Who makes these decisions? What the heck is going on in the Department of Health?!

@O2 Hello, I had enough credit on my account for my next monthly allowance, however it has totally disappeared and the balance is 0.00? I was going to change to a different bundle on the 26th, but where has the balance gone? How do I find out as nothing on my account or app?

There were moments of stress and sadness for many reasons & the service and staff were amazing & so helpful.

Not taking up quarantine places for people who have been waiting for months and whose lives will be destroyed if their flight is cancelled at such short notice

Also 12 to 16 weeks for a ticket refund 🙄 A lose lose situation ...
