Merthyr station. Four @tfwrail inspectors blocking both entrances like human roadblocks, stopping anyone from reaching the ticket office, machine or tap on/off. Then shouting at people for not having tickets they physically prevented them from buying. Outstanding work.
Imagine trying to buy a train ticket, but Transport for Wales staff block access to the machines, then aggressively demand you buy a ticket. Where do you find these people Sort it out, @tfwrail#CustomerExperience#TrainTravel@tfwrail
I've never travelled on such filthy trains . People are standing as it's a better option than sitting on the filthy seats @transport_wales@tfwrail@KenSkatesMS
@transport_wales please update your stations , staff and website . Arrived at station to be told trains are cancelled from Merthyr until at least Friday but possibly longer.
@StagecoachWales Very clever @StagecoachWales cut your services dramatically with little consultation then close the app down so no one knows if the few busses you do run are actually running.
@SkyHelpTeam Firstly that you were not aware of any issues and would I like to take out a sim with sky mobile - this seems to be the only priority everytime I call. Then there is a local outage and no update was available and maybe try contact openreach for an update.
@SkyHelpTeam I've tried that at least 8 times since yesterday afternoon . And keep getting told to run the same link you sent me . Totally incompetent level of service .
