@Enterprise @EnterpriseCares had a very disappointing experience at your Hoover, AL location (3328 Old Columbiana Rd). The branch manager, Alexis Bunn, is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction.

Have been with @Enterprise for a decade, maybe it’s time to have a discussion with our corporate team to review.
