@HotelChocolat a bit cheesed off. Did a Β£100+ order today on app. Failed but took my money. Then placed over phone as no record of order. Money taken again and asked for next day delivery.
No emails as yet either confirming order or dispatch. π‘

@chickpeajones@NatWest_Help@chase_uk Hope so. @NatWest_Help already upheld the first complaint and said their phone team were at fault. The "cure" clearly hasn't worked hence the second complaint (which hasn't been acknowledged)

@NatWest_Help your telephone customer service is appalling. Opened new account. Can't register for online banking as it says "my account is locked." Every time I ring I'm given a different answer. Wait 3,5 and last time 7 days. Now I apparently need a code. Annoyed!

@TSB is there something wrong with your Android app? Force closes every time I open it. Seems from looking around here that I'm not the only one. How quickly will this bug be fixed?
