@AmericanAir I haven’t associated your customer svc w/ a good experience very often. You seem to often get away with misleading customers. There’s zero accountability. It’s never the fault of the airline or its reps.
I truly hope this is the last time I ever have to deal with @AmericanAir

I don’t understand how one agent can say “I can cancel your reservation and issue a refund”, then a few hours later no one knows or is able to do anything.
Your agents wouldn’t even tell me what docs from the hospital I need to submit.

I now have to cancel a flight and hope that you actually refund me instead of giving me the runaround, again

I’m dealing with a serious family medical emergency, I’m able to provide documentation - all I need is @AmericanAir flight canceled and refunded as discussed earlier
