Excited to never sail with @HALcruises again - 10+ days with no cabin AC on the Nieuw Amsterdam, water leaks everywhere, yesterday they finally admit the ship's broken so all stops cancelled and we're heading to FL for repairs. Can't believe this is the same company as Seabourn
