@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Absolutely mess in T5, a flag carrier what a disgrace. Sat on tarmac no staff!!! Baggage hall a mess no BA staff helping and the odd ones just didn't care. British Airways should be ashamed.

@jackiehagland @HeathrowAirport @British_Airways @BBCNews @itvnews Absolutely appalling experienced this myself, no communication from BA staff as usual the ground crew hide!!! BA's answer is free chocolate and water!!!? This was after landing early and sat on tarmac as no staff could be bothered to attend the plane. Poor show!!
