@airfrance Nearly 3 weeks and still no bag, @airfrance. Your system shows it was sent to SFO on 10/5, but no update after that. Your CS team has reached out to SF baggage claim for an update, but no response. The best you've offered me is "sorry, please be patient." Please do better!

OK @airfrance -- it has been a week and nobody can tell me where my luggage is. Your system says you found the bag and that it was scheduled on a flight from CDG>SFO, but it has been "in transit" for 6 days. And your customer service team has offered little in the way of help.

@airfrance And surprised there has been no offer of anything for the hassle so far. My last delayed bag (only delayed 5 hours), the other airline immediately offered a future flight credit (to apologize for their mistake) -- that is the level of service that builds loyalty.

@airfrance Yes, but not helpful. It has shown as "in-transit" for a week and I've called your CS team, but they haven't offered to do anything to track it down. The best they could offer was for me to email the SFO baggage team (no response there either). Why am I doing all the work?

@wilnerhotline @wilnerhotline - do you have any view into the ratings P12 games are getting on the Pac-12 Network versus the ratings P12 games pull for networks like ESPN/ABC/FOX/FS1? Curious about the true viewership gap (versus the potential lost exposure based on channel reach).

@wilnerhotline Jon... any idea what ratings the P12 Networks games are getting, versus say Pac-12 games on ESPN/FS1? While those networks have larger available reach, the P12N is more targeted toward likely viewers. Would be interesting to see how big a gap there really is in actual viewers.
