I did mention it. They didn’t have enough soft pillows for all rooms?? On the 3rd of our 4 nights they managed to find 4 ‘old’ pillows for ya which were much better. Just 2 bad nights sleep with beck ache.
What have you done to the pillows @premierinn? ‘new’ firm pillows are like bricks they’re so hard. no soft options on the wardrobe. I’ve woken with neck ache. Had to stop the kids having a pillow fight as I was scared they’d knock each other out #pillowgate
@Morrisons thank God it was a false alarm in Tiverton today. Fire Alarm rings unexpectedly on a sat avo you evacuate immediately. Staff had no clue what to do. in a fire it could cost lives. Declared safe whilst alarm still ringing and BEFORE fire service arrived. #getoutstayout
@premierinn oh and whilst I’m moaning. Why as a single female is it deemed UNSAFE to give me a ground floor room (your room allocation policy) but you think it’s perfectly acceptable to give a single mother and child the ground floor room??? #bonkerspolicy
@premierinn since when did it become policy NOT to make up beds? Arrived at Cheltenham north to only a sheet. requested a duvet. surly receptionist arrived 15 mins later and handed me the duvets to make the beds myself!! I know it’s warm, but no excuse not to make the beds up!
@BristolHipp always had great service from your access team. Today I’m disgusted with your policy. We can’t attend a show due to my sons disability. You’ll refund his ticket but not the other 3 tickets as we can still come!?? where shall I leave my disabled son whilst we have fun
